Supplied ads which meet the size and file format specifications given below, will be invoiced at the rates given. Ads that require design and/or formatting, will incur the design fee listed below.

File Format: Ads should supplied in .gif and .jpg file formats.

Resale Ads:
1 year advertising for your resale fractional property. Cost $175.00.

Design Fee:
Ad may include logo, one (1) image, url (linked) and a message. All required files must be submitted in a digital format. Cost $250.00.
Payment:
•All advertisement bookings must be paid in advance.
•Design fees will be invoiced as required, net 15 days.
